As a Documentation Manager in the field of utility solar energy, you will play a key role in the creating and managing product documentation for Tracker and Fixed Tilt Systems
Your Role
Creating, maintaining and managing technical documentation for solar mounting systems (installation instructions, technical specifications, product data sheets, training documents)
Ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements (e.g. DIN, EN, ISO, CE marking, UL)
Developing standardized documentation processes for various product lines (project specific)
Working closely with product management, development and quality assurance to obtain technical information
Creating and Optimizing existing documentation in terms of technical completeness and comprehensibility, structure and visual presentation
Managing external service providers and translation agencies
Supporting internal teams with training and technical information
Supporting certification processes and declarations of conformity

Your Profile
Degree in Technical Communication / Mechanical Engineering / Renewable Energies or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in technical documentation, ideally in the field of solar mounting systems, mechanical engineering or civil engineering
Sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines for mounting systems and constructions
Experience with editing systems and documentation tools
Technical understanding of statics, materials science and assembly systems
Very good written and oral skills in German and English
