Operation & Maintenance Manager - PV-Power Plants / BESS (m/f/d)
Field: Renewable Energy
Location: Munich, Germany - Remote work possible in Germany
As O&M Manager, you will manage utility scale solar PV projects located in Germany with a focus on – but not limited to - the following aspects:
Your Role
Hosting regular on-site meetings on needs, ensure continuously monitoring of PV plants, subcontract on-site operation and maintenance services and to ensure proper running of the PV plant;
Serve as point-of-contact for O&M Subcontractors during commercial operation of PV plant;
Ensure all safety material and documentation is on-site;
Prepare, write and present accurate monthly operation records and reports;
Providing support in analysing root cause, if there are claims such as warranty claims and handling;
Assisting from time to time in various maintenance and troubleshooting activities;
Planning and organization of inspection and maintenance campaigns;
Communication with customers, suppliers and other partners;
Preparation of technical monthly and annual reports;
Your Profile
The successful candidate will display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and written/oral communication skills. He/she should be a detail-oriented team member who can consistently meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently as needed.
You have proven track record in dealing with complex issues, problems and challenges with numerous stakeholders.
Computer, interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary. The candidate must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with other project team members, Subcontractors, consultants and other professionals. He/she is well structured, pro-active, and able to go into technical details. Following professional know-how is required:
Experience in technical engineering, design, construction and /or O&M of PV plants;
Experience in operation and maintenance and servicing of PV plants,
Knowledge in the field of Network and SCADA technology;
Good at troubling shooting, root cause analysis;
Providing solutions for general site issues and events;
Microsoft Office applications incl. Word, Excel and Power Point;
Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is necessary;
Good communication skills.
