Our esteemed client stands as an international company specialising in the development and turnkey construction of large-scale solar projects. Headquartered in Hamburg, they have been a key-player in the solar photovoltaic market for many years and have established themselves into one of Europe's top EPCs and project developers.
They are actively looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager for utility-scale PV Projects in France. In this role you will be responsible for the negotiation of preliminary land rights agreements, suitable for utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects.Â
Your Role:
Initiate and implement origination plans, including establishing channel partners
Identify and engage with landowners of the target areas in one or more designated region(s)
Manage the relationships with the landowners
Collaborate with the company team members to provide a coordinated customer approach and outreach effort
Your Profile
Good knowledge of land rights agreements and experience with negotiation of land rights agreements for the development of solar photovoltaic projects, including agri-voltaic projects
Excellent communication skills required for interaction with customers, management and the cross-functional team
Experience in building relationships with landowners, including in rural areas
Ability to travel in various regions of France when necessaryÂ
Ability to work on several projects at a particular time and highly organized
Ability to handle complex problems with multiple stakeholders, to work independently and under own responsibility, capacity to quickly adapt and relate to new tasks
Valid driver’s license (B category)
French native speaker
